Create-Your-Own Party
We offer semi-private parties in our Party Room for groups of 8 or more wanting to sit together. Parties are available in 2-hour blocks and MUST be booked in advance. All groups must pay an $80 deposit/room fee plus the cost of each pottery piece. Pottery can be chosen on the day of the party.
The host must pick up all pieces on or after the designated date the pottery is fired (approximately a week to 10 days after the party).
You’re welcome to bring snacks, drinks & other treats when using the party room. BYOB — feel free to bring cocktails for your guests who are at least 21-years-old.
- Minimum of 8 artists. Our party room can fit up to 12 painters comfortably. The room may be altered to increase the number of painters, but must be approved at least 2 days in advance of the date of the party.
- $17 pottery minimum.
- All ceramic pieces do not include taxes.
- We do not provide aprons (glazes are washable and do not stain).
- Please contact us by text at 816.301.6891 to schedule your party. Parties must be reserved in advance and are scheduled in 2-hour blocks.
- Not allowed: confetti, piñatas, continuously lit candles (birthday candles are okay), beads or other loose items.
- During your party, our staff will help facilitate your event, including providing reasonable cleanup. If your group requires more than general cleanup, a $20 fee will be included.
- If anyone in your party breaks an item or damages the facility, the host is responsible for those additional charges.
We will schedule your party after the $80 deposit is made. Once that is done, please provide the following information:
- Name
- Date of party
- Time of party
- Number of painters
